         Special orders are items you see on my website that you would like in another  size or fabric.  They take one to four weeks for production, are generally the same price as the items listed on my site and require at least 33% down.  You can put special orders on layaway.. 
         Custom World class garments can be  ordered in any price range but generaly start at about $1500.  There is a 3 month wait time and require a 50% deposit.
Custom and special order deposits/payments are non refundable and garments are non returnable.

I try to select the best quality lycra.  I like to use midweight lycra when available.  Most fabrics I choose are light to mid weight.    Some fabrics do not stretch as much as others and will be noted in the item description.  Any fabric shown on the Fabric page can be made into a garment of your choice.  I usually only purchase 2-5 yards of each print, so if you see a fabirc you like, don't delay in your purchase.  If you have any questions about the fabric please contact me. 

I have listed with each garment what size would be the best fit.  You need to know your bust measurement, not your bra size.  Bust measurement and bra size are not always the same.  If you are looking at a knit garment you have some leeway with the size depending on the stretch of the garment.  If the description says to a bust measurement of 40, and you are a 42, it will be too tight. Please follow the size chart for lycra shirts. If you are inbetween sizes you should choose the next size up for jackets, and the smaller size for horsemanships.  If you are looking at a non knit (woven) jacket and the jacket measures 37, and you are a 37, it will be very tight.  Generaly you need at least an inch of ease for a woven garment in the bust.  IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT SIZE, PLEASE CONTACT ME.  Most garments I have available can be altered down one size.  I can make any size, so if you  don't see anything in your size, let me know!  If you are still unsure, measure a show shirt that you have and like the fit to compare.

All shirts are hand washable in mild detergent and dry flat.  Please hand wash all jackets with screen print designs.  I wear my own designs and wash my shirts in the machine (except for the screen prints).  To do this, put your shirt in a pillowcase and secure the end with a zip tie or rubber band.  You can wash all your like colored shirts together, each in their own pillowcase.  Add a color catcher sheet (available in the laundry section of the market) to the load especially if you have ultrasuede on your shirt.  Wash with mild detergent on the most delicate and shortest cycle of your machine.  Hang to dry or lay flat.  If you hang your jacket,  loop the sleeves over the shoulders so the sleeve does not stretch out.  The benefit of the pillowcase is it protects the crystals from getting stratched, protects your garment snagging on other garments, and if any decoration comes "loose" it is caught in the pillowcase.  Be sure to check for detatched decoration after each wash.
To store your shirts, use a men's shirt hanger.  These hangers have a shaped neck area and this will keep your collar from getting crushed in a garment bag.  Loop your sleeves over the shoulders on knit shirts especially if the cuffs are attached..

All of my garments are professionally made.  All seams are serged, the shoulders are taped on knit garments to prevent stretching.  The cuff and collars are heavily interfaced and the collar is invisibly tacked down to prevent flaping.  Cuffs are secured with velcro.  Most cuffs will be attached to the sleeve.  I like to make the cuff detachted on shirts that have white cuffs or the fabric is very light or stretchy.  The collar is a two peice construction.  I feel this type of construction makes the collar have a sharper appearance over a longer time.  Also, the shirt fabric will not be against your neck.  (more comfortable especially if the fabric has glitter)  All shirts have shoulder pads and horsemanship shirt are not hemmed to reduce bulk. 

I will be happy to alter any item for free,  Most shirts can easily be taken down a size.  Charges apply to alterations on sale items.   If you  would like to return a shirt to be altered, please contact me first.  You would need to pay for shipping both directions.  Each garment is sent with extra decoration.  If you need to reglue anything use E6000.  You can get it at most craft and fabric stores or online.

You can return any item with 5 days of receipt for exchange or refund.  You must email me to return any item, if you do not email me first you may not receive a refund.  NO returns on items that have been altered.  Garments must be returned in the same condition as they were received.  Shipping charges are non refundable.  If you received free shipping, those charges will be deducted from your refund.  All return shipping is responsibility of customer.

All items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, signature required,  in the contential US for $13.45 for one or two items.  I do ship outside the US.  Those fees run $25.00 - $45.00.  Please contact me for exact charges.  Express shipping is available at end of checkout.
